Welcome to the Clear Creek Baptist Bible College Homecoming! This annual campus-wide event is a wonderful opportunity for graduates and former students to return to campus, reconnect with old friends, and create new memories. Held on July 29th and July 30th, Homecoming is a celebration of the college's rich history and the strong bonds formed during the time spent at Clear Creek.

Event Information
Worship: Dr. Matthew Nix & The Clear Creek Singers
Dr. Matthew Nix was born and raised in Knoxville, TN where he received Christ as his savior and received his call into worship ministry in 2001. He received his BS and MA in music and worship studies from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA in 2011 and 2013. After graduating God called Matthew to be the full time worship pastor at a Metropolitan Baptist Church in Wichita,KS where he met his wife Mikayla Nix who is currently a third grade teacher at Yellow Creek School Center in Middlesboro, KY. After their marriage God called them to Christiansburg, VA where Matthew was the full time music and worship pastor for Gracelife Baptist Church. During this time he began working on his doctorate in worship studies from Liberty University which he completed in spring of 2020. As he neared the completion of his degree God called him to Clear Creek Baptist Bible College in the summer of 2018 where he leads the Clear Creek Singers and Worship Team along with teaching all music and worship related courses on campus and online. This past year God blessed Matthew and Mikayla with their first baby girl Brinlee Ruth Nix. The Nix family looks forward to many more years of service at Clear Creek where they long to see God glorified in all they do.
